Do not panic. As soon as you make a purchase the retailer records it and sends us confirmation. We usually receive this confirmation within 30 days; however some retailers can take longer than this. The reason for the 30 day confirmation is to ensure that the goods are not returned. If you have waited longer than 30 days please let us know and we will resolve it as soon as possible
