Membership

CashNI.com reserves the right at any time to refuse membership & to terminate membership without notice. 
 
2. If for any reason you object to these terms your only course of action will be to cease using the CashNI.com site and to terminate your membership at once. No action may be taken against the company.

Cashback & Rewards

3. CashNI.com works alongside & with third party partners. They pay us a commission for directing traffic to there website and as a reward for using our links to purchase there products CashNI.com pays members a small commission which can be viewed on each members individual statement. Any transaction you make is with the retailer and not with the company.

4. To earn cashback members must follow the correct process and use the correct links within the site, failure to do this may result in no cashback being rewarded. If this happens CashNI.com may not be held responsible and neither shall its partners.
Cashback is only rewarded once the retailer confirms the purchase.

5. Cashback is only offered by cashNI. It is not offered by its merchants. We receive commission for linking to the merchant, and whenever a purchase is made we pass some of the commission onto you. This sale must result from a click through from cashNI website.

Purchase

6. Once you make a purchase, the matter of the goods or services you buy is between you and the merchant. CashNI only provide the links, we do not sell any products. If there is a problem with the goods and service you must contact the merchant.

7. Merchants that are listed on the cashNI website with a percentage cashback or a fixed amount cashback for each genuine transaction does not however guarantee any monetary amount as a result of any transaction.

8. We rely on software from a third party, to track all sales. We cannot be responsible for any errors beyond our control following the reports from the third party. We will endeavor to make sure that all the transactions provided are correct. If an error has occurred we will do our best to source the transaction and get payment to you.
If a transaction is cancelled or for any reason it is not completed them you will not receive cashback from cashNI. If the value of commission is changed by the merchant for any reason then you will become entitled to the revised amount.

9. When you make a purchase from our website links, you will be notified by email when we receive the transaction details. The amount will be pending on your account and will only be cleared for payment when we have receipt of the money from the merchant or network.

Payments

10. Payments will be made when requested, however this may take up to five days depending on payment method, of bacs, papal or cheque. If payment is made by bacs it is your responsibility to enter the correct details in your account section. We may in the future change the way we pay our members.

Account set-up

11. A. In order to join cashNI you must be a resident of the United Kingdom.

      B. You must not be involved in any fraudulent or abusive form of activity that can damage the business we do. This includes spanning, or causing any cashNI links to be published for your own gain.

     C. If we think your account has not being conducted properly, we reserve the right to terminate your account until a full investigation is made. We also reserve the right to forfeit all the earnings on your account.

     D. If you set up as a group, you must hold some form of authority within that group. Payment to groups will only be made to the correct address given when the account is set-up. cashNI work hard to check that every group is keeping within the terms set out. If we think any group has broken these agreements we will terminate the account immediately and all hold all earnings on your account.
